How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten
your password, go to the login screen to retrieve your password. Your password will
be emailed to you. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service.
How are Tempest points calculated?
For every increment
of $10 you spend with American Sports (not including taxes & shipping), you
will receive one (1) Tempest Point. After you have created an account with us, your
tempest points will be logged under your sign in. Cash out those tempest points
to receive free merchandise.
How can I see the
number of available Tempest points I have?
You must first login
to your account. If you are already logged in, the Customer Account page will show you the current amount of Tempest points available.
Does American Sports offer Team/Bulk Discounts?
American Sports believes
that everyone should get the best prices. With our convenient pricing structure,
the only direction our prices go is down. Please give us a call and let us
know
your needs. If you compare our prices with other retailers, you’ll find that our
prices are quite competitive for the class of quality you receive and the best part
is that you can do it in the comfort of your home or office. Our prices may be great,
but our quality is excellent.
When do you ship out my order?
Most in-stock items
usually ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Some items require 3 to 5 business
days for processing. This is in addition to your selected method of shipping. NOTE: We make every
effort to expedite overnight and two day air shipments, however, the standard processing
time usually applies to these items as well.
How do I get my tracking number for an order?
Most orders will be
followed up with an email notification, including the tracking number, once the
item has been shipped. Please allow the standard processing time before inquiring
about the status of an order. If you do not receive your tracking number within
5 to 7 business days, you can contact Customer Service.
What do I do if I think an item is missing from my shipment?
In an effort to deliver
your order quickly, your packages may arrive in separate shipments, from different
locations. Check any tracking
information you have received to make sure that you've received a box for each tracking
number. If you still can't
find your item, please contact Customer Service.
If I have a logo
how do I get it to you?
Simply send any artwork
to art@americansports.com with a detailed
email about what you require. Once we have received the artwork, a confirmation
email will be sent to you.
How long do custom
orders take?
Typically, uniform
or apparel orders take about 7-10 business days. If the custom order is a
sport ball then the process can take anywhere from 10 days to 12 weeks, depending on the nature of the order. Please contact our customer service representative
to see which delivery date is most accurate.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, all rush orders
done in-house are an additional 20%. Please contact our customer service representative
